投資第一步:風險

開始正式講投資

喺美國有一個調查,訪問後生仔有投資的比例,發覺有八成的後生仔都無投資(連結)。
唔投資的原因?

More than 40 percent said they feel they don't have enough money, 34 percent said they don't know how, while 13 percent specifically blamed student debt

一,無錢
二,唔知點投資


但正如Blog主之前的文章所講,投資同唔投資,係經過一段時間後就會出現好大的差距,由其近年通脹不斷同埋銀紙越黎越唔值錢,當到退休個陣就會唔夠錢洗過埋下半世(唔係剩諗住MPF就夠退休?!)


但好多人一講投資就即刻話唔識,識都唔去做。點解?
『投資包賺嫁?萬一蝕左未死?』

就好似另一個調查(連結)所講:

Their young age at the time of the financial crisis, and the negative emotions connected with this experience, may have a lot to do with it. During the financial crisis, young Millennials watched as their parents' savings, including accounts set aside for their college educations, were lost. Certainly, the financial crisis engendered a lot of negative emotions during very formative years and many millennials may still be shell-shocked and could view stocks with suspicion for quite some time.


相信好多後生仔都係咁諗,包賺的相信都只有早前政府發行的ibond(通脹掛鈎債券)(仲要係一手買入)

賺同蝕,就係關乎投資風險

投資風險有好多種,最簡單就當然係股價上落

唔同人對風險的反應都唔同,對於自己可以接受到的風險都不一。因此係投資前需要問下自己可約承受到幾多風險
